After qualifying for the National Eligibility Test (NET), he worked as an assistant professor, the sources reveal.Investigators said Louis used his legal knowledge and technical skills to carry out the hoax campaign. Most of the emails were sent from his mobile phone, and he was adept at masking his IP address, making it difficult for authorities to trace him.His targets were widespread — from high courts across several cities to even the Supreme Court. He is also suspected of sending emails to locations in Pakistan. The messages, often composed in Kannada or English, were sent multiple times a day to different places simultaneously, creating alarm across institutions.The police have gone to Mysuru to take the mobile phone device into custody, sources said.Driven by the constant fear of being caught, Louis reportedly changed residences frequently.
