Motherson Noida recruitment 2026: Over 400 vacancies announced at Darbhanga ITI campus placement drive

Motherson Noida recruitment 2026: Darbhanga youths will attend a campus placement drive at Government Industrial Training Institute Darbhanga on April 16, 2026, organised for recruitment by Motherson Noida.More than 400 vacancies will be filled, including over 150 ITI apprentice posts and over 250 machine operator posts on company payroll.Job Vacancies and Eligibility RequirementsRecruitment process will involve Fitter Electrician Machinist Turner Diesel Mechanic Wireman MMV COPA Plumber and Welder job roles for candidates who have completed their training in recognised ITI institutions.Eligible applicants for recruitment must hold an ITI diploma or 10th and 12th pass certificates, with age ranging from 18 years to 35 years old. Candidates who have passed out in 2015-2024 are considered eligible, including final year students with No Objection Certificate.Salaries and PerksITI pass-out candidates will get a total salary of twenty one thousand three hundred and sixty rupees, including basic and attendance allowance, whereas 10th and 12th pass-out candidates will get a salary of twenty thousand three hundred and forty-two rupees. Successful candidates will be entitled to a fully equipped kitchen, twice daily tea, snacks, and a safe work atmosphere at the Noida plant.Selection procedure and documentationTransparency would still be ensured during the selection process, whereby the candidates will be expected to report to the institute at 10:00 AM with original certificates, Aadhaar card, pictures and copies of the credentials. After verification, there would be an oral examination or trades test after which an interview session would take place. Recruitment letters could be issued on the spot and no recruitment fees would apply. Candidates would be warned against recruitment agents.Arrangement and effects on the localityFacilities to be provided at Government ITI Darbhanga include a help desk, provision of drinking water, accommodation and first aid. Attendance is projected to be from different districts, following past trends where students have landed jobs in reputable firms. It would be the first time in excess of 400 vacancies would be offered at one time. The purpose is to cut down migration to the industries in Noida.Prospects for local youth employmentThe involvement of local youth is evident because the campaign also covers 10th and 12th pass individuals who have faced delayed employment due to the pandemic, and the institute recommends that interested parties adhere to notices posted on the institute’s notice board.
